Weekend Reservation Policy:
Friday and/or Saturday advance reservations require a minimum two day stay. Single night reservations for Fridays or Saturdays cannot be accepted.
Cancellation policies
Cancellation of reservation must be done by written request either by fax or e-mail and confirmed by one member of the reservation staff at least 72 hours prior to arrival date with no penalties or charges to the credit card. After the 72 hour reservation period prior to your date of check in, the cancellation fee is 50% of the entire reserved stay to the credit card you use to guarantee your reservation. For reservations confirmed with less than 72 hours before the check in date and then cancel during that time we'll be applying also 50% of the entire reservation, if you accept these conditions, the hotel will use this document as a support of the reservation. This is backed by the laws of the Federal Government of the United States of America, Canada, the European Union countries and the Costa Rica Municipalidad.
Note: We assume no liability for items stolen by guests you invite into your room, any consumption of items from Mini Bar by you or your guests will be charged to your room, finally the use of the fitness centre is at your own risk
